Part-Time Administrator
BEBO (birth education beyond the ordinary) is seeking a part-time administrator. BEBO is a not-for-profit organization providing education and support to women, birthing people, and families during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. Through our Village of Mothers volunteer program, the BEBO Scholars program, family financial assistance, and support for local childbirth education classes, we serve the Westchester, NY area, providing services in English and Spanish.
$25/hour, approximate commitment of 10 hours/week

Administrator may use organization's Chromebook or their own computer
Administrator will oversee the planning, executing, and tracking of BEBO's programs, including Village of Mothers, BEBO Scholars, and Family Financial Assistance. This position works closely with and reports to the executive director.
Village of Mothers: Schedule, promote, and prepare volunteer trainings; prepare outreach materials; organize outreach; match volunteers with families; prepare updates for quarterly newsletter & board meeting
BEBO Scholars: accept applications and communicate with applicants to prepare applications for ED/Board review; promote program on social media; prepare updates for quarterly newsletter & board meetings
Family Financial Assistance: accept applications and communicate with applicants to prepare applications for ED/Board review; promote program on social media; prepare updates for quarterly newsletter & board meetings
Qualifications:
excellent written and oral communication skills
excellent organizational skills
bilingual English/Spanish
familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
familiarity with Canva a plus
resident of BEBO service area preferred
